Get inspiration below, or come up with your own idea.

Sign up, and we will be here to support/tautoko you every step of the way.

Make a difference in three easy steps!

Step 1

Get creative and come up with an idea! People care more about WHY you are fundraising than what you are doing. If you are stuck, get in touch and we can brainstorm with you.

Step 2

Sign up and create your profile. It is free, easy, and takes two minutes. You can personalise your page and access free resources and tips to support your fundraiser.

Step 3

Shout, shout, shout about it! Tell your friends, whānau and anyone who will listen about your fundraiser. Our easy-to-use fundraising platform helps you to make a difference.

Need some inspiration?

Here are some ideas of things you can do to make a difference.

When you sign up to fundraise, you will get access to resources such as step-by-step guides to support you and one of our friendly team will check in to see if you need any help along the way.

Where the funds raised go

For almost 50 years the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand has been the leading charity promoting mental health and wellbeing and the rights of those experiencing mental health challenges. We do this by:

Creating and distributing over one million free mental health resources each year.

Promoting suicide prevention resources to support those at risk, and those concerned about someone else.

Running nationwide mental health promotion campaigns like Mental Health Awareness Week and Pink Shirt Day.

Influencing policy makers to create a better mental health system.

Working with media to report on suicide and related issues safely and responsibly.

Facilitating grants to support projects that challenge mental distress discrimination.

Partnering with organisations to support positive mental wellbeing among targeted audiences.
